BankPlus Amphitheater Rules

To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy

BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove is proud to provide reasonable ADA-compliant assistance to guests in need. Wheelchair and companion seating is available in the rearmost reserved seating sections. Also, service animals are welcome to the venue. The venue also offers hearing assistance and other accommodations that can help you enjoy the show.

Please call the venue at 901-577-9090 at least two weeks before your ticketed event to discuss any further requirements you have.

Arrival Policy

For concerts and certain special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait outside the gate until an appropriate break period arrives. To avoid frustrations, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event’s start time.

The entrance requires passing through a security checkpoint with metal detectors. Please give yourself extra time to make sure you don’t miss the show.

Bag Policy

Large bags should not be brought to the venue or must be left in guest vehicles. All bags are subject to search by event staff.

Camera Policy

Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.

Cancellation Policy

The venue is proud of hosting events rain or shine. In the case of severe weather or unexpected closures, the venue will attempt to announce it to all guests as soon as possible. If your show is canceled, please call 901-577-9090 to discuss potential refunds.

Children Policy

All events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent’s lap.

Food and Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not allowed. You can find refreshments at the bar or vendors around the venue.

Lawn Chairs

Only Lawn Chairs with leg 9” or shorter are allowed in. Camping style chairs with legs longer the 9” will not be permitted. Lawn Chairs may not be allowed at some shows.

Lost and Found Policy

Lost an item at an event? You can check in with the event staff to see if anything has been returned. You can also email 901-577-9090 after the show. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item.

BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.

Prohibited Items

To keep guests and staff safe, BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove prohibits the following items from the venue.

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal drugs/substances
  • Glass containers
  • Cans
  • Coolers
  • Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Fireworks

The venue reserves the right to prohibit other items

Re-Entry

Re-Entry is not permitted at Bank Plus Amphitheater. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

Smoking Policy

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, vapes, or any other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed in the venue or within 300 feet of any entrance.
