Thomas' seventh studio album, About A Woman, released in August 2024, and as the title suggests, its 14 songs are all in dedication to Thomas' beautiful wife of near 12 years, Lauren Akins. In addition to the lovey-dovey, the album still manages to contain the hitmaker’s signature style while exploring new country music boundaries. According to Country living, the album is, "blending a foundation of organic country with retro ’80s sounds and pulsating beats."
